Happy Days: Garden Blooms

For me, one of the good aspects of living in a house instead of an apartment is being surrounded by more of the natural world. I love watching the trees come back to life after the long winter, the entire garden bringing back its luscious green in the spring, and the flowers blooming in all their glory during the warm summer days.

I snapped these pictures of the flowers in our front yard right before heading to the airport a couple of weeks ago. Looking at them now, I’m excited to be returning in another two weeks to see how the garden has developed, helped of course by the long days of work put in by my family.
